what's your budget??? You could build a very nice system for approx. 1300.00 with everything... all of those systems are pretty standard, but lack various things here and there... graphics mainly... but if your willing to spend 1600.00 on an HP then I KNOW you can build one for less and get what you want...

thanks nukem..I cant build a computer though. or do you mean somebody else assembles it? sorry man, im a computer idiot lol

i was thinking though, i think i might want to be in the higher echelon of processors i.e 6700, 6800

ya'know.... everyone thinks they can't do it... trust me, if I can do it, ANYONE can... I'm not about to advocate buying a system... so I'm pretty sure you can build one... it's all plug n play... there are some things to watch for, but over all everything just snaps together, and you load your OS. But I can garrentee that you would feel better knowing that YOU built your system, than letting someone else put it together and not knowing what is going on with it. and besides that, if something did go wrong with it, you could fix it yourself, instead of sending it in, or bringing it to a shop that would over charge you for fixing it.

But I truly dont know what im doing. if there was a comprehensive guide to follow maybe it would be considered. but assuming i got all the right parts lol
