I currently have 1GB Corsair XMS2 Extreme DDR2 memory. The timings on it are 5-5-5-12.

This ain't quite cutting it so I'd like to double it. I have a good deal I could get on 1GB of Corsair RAM, the only difference is that the timings are spec'd at 5-5-5-15 as opposed to the above.

Any problems with mixing these 2? I'm really not sure what the difference is with those timings. Thanks!

Taken the test punk? Passing it does NOT mean you know squat about making PCs perform

And I'm sure it will work fine but am I negating the performance of my 5-5-5-12 RAM? Is it a noticeable difference?

Nope I haven't taken the test, I hear it's pretty easy and pretty expensive.

You wont notice a difference with timings in ram.

You could easily bring that 15 down to 12 in the BIOS and it will still be fine.
