this is two dual core CPU's verses a single quad core CPU. once AMD gets their real quad cores out, we'll see what their performance will be.

Its not for servers, its for gamers and it was aimed directly at competing with Intel's Quad. AMD already has Opteron 200s (or whatever the AM2 variant is, who cares) for their servers.
