Barebones e6600 v. e6300 parts

Should I go for this barebones e6600:

or

e6300 build with parts:
e6300
ASUS P5N-E SLI 650i motherboard
2GB RAM Corsair XMS2 DDR2800 (PC26400)

They both come out to roughly the same price range. I plan on using my case, 7600GT, HDDs, opticals, PSU, from my sig, along with whatever option I go with. The thing that sucks is that the motherboard in the barebones kit, I read that the OCing sucks on this board. And I do plan on OCing. I'm kinda leaning more towards the e6300 build parts, even though the other has the e6600.

Yea that's what I was thinking. Even though the barebones has a better cpu, the other parts with it, don't look so good.

yep the e6300 with a quality mobo. Because you could always sell your e6300 to me for $130 and buy a e6600 later on. lol
