Enabling/Disabling Device Drivers

I'm having issues where the set of drivers for my HDTV card causes windows to BSOD during boot despite the fact they apparently work fine. The only solution I've found so far is to enable the drivers after boot and disable them before I shutdown. I have tried 3-4 driver sets and no luck. Unless anyone has any better ideas I was wondering if someone could tell me a way i can have the drivers automatically enabled after boot and disabled before shut down I would be eternally grateful

i'm necro-ing my own post

i just figured out the cause apparently this was some sort of conflict between my old 6600GT and the tuner card. it's all solved now.
