hi

i am not a very tech person so anything you know is more than i do. so please feel free to widen these a little and let me know what you all think will work. thanks

any perticular reason for the fingerprint reader or just because its a cool thing to have as low end models tend to have errors and breakages quickly occuring in fingerprint scanners which can be annoying to fix. And theres different classes of bluetooth 1-3
class1 = 100m range
class2 = 40m range
class 3 = 5-10m range

Matt

p.s I use class 2 as sumtimes I use my fone as a remote to my computer and using a remote 100metres away is abit excessive although i wouldnt mind trying it sumtime

thanks so much.

Budget-frankly he dosent even know how much one will cost. Depending on what you all suggest, he will decide what works. i know he is not on a low budget so he wont be scrimping on stuff

blue tooth-i guess Matt your option will work fine for him.

so any ideas what prices i am looking at here? any links to sites with these specs would be greatly appreciated ..thanks again

lol. yes i will smack him if he says no to mac.

but he lives in a part of the world where they dont trust macs at all. :( ..so whats next-i will try the newegg that you suggested.

thanks so much..
