RAM preferences

What is better (in your opinion)

256 MB DDR2 PC2700 RAM

or 256 MB DDR2 PC2700 RAM + 256 MB SD Ram= 512 mb total

Thats odd to be honest ..... why not buy 256MB more off DDR2 Ram its not that expensive.

but anyway i would think the 256+256 would be faster .. im not sure though.
