Fatal System Error, Please help.

Ive been getting an error that says:

STOP: c000021a Fatal System Error.
The System will shut down.

And the system just keeps rebooting. This has happened after downloading BitDefender, Kaspersky AV and ZoneAlarm. Ive already deleted (in safe mode) ZoneAlarm, but couldnt delete BitDefender nor Kaspersky. I also googled this error and got a solution with a program called drwtsn32.exe, which I don't know how to use. Finally i tried with msconfig to disable Kaspersky and BitDefender, but it didnt work.

I need help ASAP, any advice will be much aprecciated.

Ive already visited that site, but the Drwtsn32 wont create the file and when trying to use the Setup.exe, I get a message saying:

"Please go to Control Panel to install and configure system components."

I dont know what to install and i dont have my Windows XP CD.

BTW, here is the complete error screen:
